Our Story

Welcome to The Great British Striptease, an a celebration of paying tribute to the world of strippers and burlesque performers. Inspired by the 1980 documentary of the same name, our mission is to foster unity between these two communities, recognising their deeply intertwined histories, while honouring the legendary icons who came before us.

We are now in our 3rd year and are launching our first ever Great British Striptease Weekender in Hoxton, London. Night one we will have our contest, where everyone wins a title! Night two we are bringing back our Gala evening- showcasing incredible striptease.
